Tracking macros can be SO helpful if you're someone who is unsure about what to eat and how much! Tracking macros for a period of time can be so educational and informative in helping you understand how much food (and which foods) your body needs to feel good!

Together, we will spend 14 days learning the basics of tracking!

- We will go over helpful apps to help you track your food and macros.
- Training videos on how to read labels
- Training videos on the importance of tracking Macros and how it helps you achieve your fitness goals.
- You'll have access to my private Macro Facebook group - this is where the training videos and content will be! You will also receive one on one coaching here and be able to ask questions!
- I will teach you how to calculate your own macros based on your current goals!
- Tips to finding balance while tracking!
- Examples of my own tracking and what I eat in a day to help you along your own journey!
