Detox & Intuitive Eating Course
What will I gain from this course?
This course is not a quick fix to weight loss. There is no quick fix - and if there is, it surely isn’t long lasting. I want to be clear that this course is about health first and foremost. This course is about creating a sustainable lifestyle, forever letting go of the diet mentality, and learning how to live your healthiest happiest life.
For the first 8 days of this 14 day course we will detox our bodies from the toxins and break our junk food addictions. For the remaining 6 days, we will dive deep into Intuitive Eating.
During those 6 days you will learn about proper nutrition, how to confidently read labels and see through food marketing schemes, find balance and freedom in your diet/nutrition, reset the way you view food, & make your health a priority.
If you aren't familiar with Intuitive Eating here’s a quick overview of what IE encompasses:

- My full Recipe Book which includes over 50 pages of family friendly easy to follow recipes. My recipes are nutrition focused and delicious!
- My full Detox program. You will learn why detoxing your body is so important and just how incredible your body was designed to feel!
- A private Facebook group where we will work together as a community through the 14 day course! I will be in the group everyday showing you how to achieve this amazing lifestyle, answering questions, concerns, and encouraging you on your journey to this new life!
- Loads of nutritional education. I break down the why, what, when, and how's of everything!
- You will learn to read labels and be able to identify the marketing gimmicks food companies rely on.
- Nutritional guidelines to give you direction
- Example meal plans, meal prepping and planning guidance!
There are no workouts included in this course. My detox program is FOOD BASED. As long as I'm your coach, you will NEVER go hungry.
