- Full Workout Plan - You will receive a full workout plan with 5 workouts/week that average 30-45 min. There will be 3 strength training days and 2 full body days.
- Workout Demonstrations - You will have access to my private YouTube channel where you can view demonstrations for each workout everyday.
- Beginner Workout Plan - If you're new to working out and are feeling intimidated by the workout plan, you can start with my beginner guide! You will be able to ease your way into the regular workouts.
- Meal Plan - You'll receive my full meal plan and guidelines. My nutrition guidelines are very easy to follow and is completely customizable based on your food preferences. You will learn how to create a lifelong lifestyle that will outlast this 6 weeks. I believe in a 80/20 balanced diet so you won't have to give up non-nourishing foods you love!
- Recipe Book - I've spent months building my recipe book. It's FULL of easy to follow, delicious and nourishing recipes! Every recipe has a photo so you can see what it looks like! (I'm a busy working Mom and believe in SIMPLIFYING as much of my life as possible, so my recipes are quick and easy!)
- Private Facebook Group/Community - I'm SO proud of the community of clients I've built. During this 6 weeks you'll be a part of a private community of women on Facebook. Everyday you will find encouragement and inspiration in this group! Everyone is on the same path and it's a safe place where we can share our struggles and our victories!
- Daily Accountability - This is where my program differs from most. I am present every single day of the 6 weeks in our private group. There isn't one day you'll be walking through this alone. Every morning there will be a motivational message posted to the group. This will help encourage and inspire you to stay on track. You will also be asked to "check in" everyday when complete your workout! This level of accountability is a game change for many of my clients!
- Weekly CASH Prize and Challenges - Every Monday there will be a new Challenge to keep you moving forward! I will select winner at random to win $50 CASH EVERY WEEK!!!
- Workout Equipment Suggestions - When you complete your purchase, you'll be able to download my Workout Equipment Guide. This will give you time to get what you need before we get started!
- Kitchen Gadget Guide - You will also have immediate access to the kitchen gadgets I use and suggest - there are NOT required....they just make my life easier!
- Coaching checkin emails every 2 weeks! This will give you an opportunity to discuss any concerns you have about your progress!
This Challenge will begin on February 17th. We will begin education & prep on February 13th!
