Hey! Thanks for stopping by! I wanted to introduce myself so you know a little more about me! I'm married to Matt and I'm a Mama to my two kiddos. I first discovered my love for Health and Fitness about 8 years ago after having my second baby. I maintained my weight loss for several years and then life happened. Life got really hard, really busy and really stressful and I got really bad at balancing pretty much everything! My kids both play multiple sports and like most Moms of school aged kids....I basically live in my car driving people to practices, games and tournaments! Yay Moms!
Two years ago, I took my health back into my hands in a big way! I knew I needed to completely overhaul my lifestyle.....permanently. I was tired of feeling miserable all the time. Can you relate? The changes I made have been so impactful! My kids and husband eat healthier and we all live a very active life! Most importantly, I've really learned how to properly fuel my body and finally landed on the balance I’ve always been looking for. I believe that knowledge is power, and when you truly understand how your body functions and what it needs to feel GOOD, it's easier to make long lasting changes. And when you finally discover just how good your body CAN feel.....oh, what a feeling!
Today, I am a certified personal trainer and fitness coach. I LOVE helping and educating other women so that they too can achieve the balance in life that can be so hard to obtain! My programs are designed for the busy mama, or even a busy college student just trying to SURVIVE!
