I have some news. I thought about this for a long time, I’ve decided that I will NOT  be going to the Arnold. My back is still pretty bad, and walking around in heels for 8+hours would really set me back in my training

I’m committed to updating more, so here’s another post!

The ARNOLD is just about a month away!? Thats crazy! I’m excited to meet people there, it should be a good time! If you all will be in Ohio, you should check out the Arnold Classic– a bodybuilding convention, it’ll be a lot of fun!

Valentines Day is just around the corner! Whats everyone got planned? I’m handmaking my valentines this day:)

I’d make Mr. Cuddlebear one (my Guinea Pig) but I think he’d just eat it lol

Hey Everyone!
So my New Year’s Resolution is to be better with blogging and updating my website!
So here it goes!:)

I hope everyone’s doing well.

I’ve been out of the gym for two weeks because I’m having back problems…muscle relaxers/pain medication=no go for gym time.

Hopefully with alittle physical therapy I’ll be all better again. I have no idea how my back got to be so bad. Apparantly my back has muscle spasms, and is causing my spine to be completly straight (you’re supposed to have a curve to your back)
On a positive note, the Arnold Classic (Bodybuilding convention) is coming up soon! I’ll be there! If you all are going, please come up to me and say hello! Dont be shy! I love saying hi to everyone! Make sure you come up to me so we can get a picture together and I can put it up on this site!
